As if that wasn’t bad enough, Biden is being sued left and right by Republican states and attorneys generals for all the executive orders he signed. The lawsuits ranging from climate change to releasing criminals argue that Biden violated the separation of powers clause in the Constitution because Congress, not the president, has the power to regulate.
