Both part 6 and part 7 of the Twitter Files involve the FBI. Twitter employees were in communication with FBI agents from 2020 to 2022. Recently Matt Taibbi released some additional material that details the controversy between the FBI and the social media company. The FBI appeared to be unhappy with Twitter’s response.
Part 7 of the Twitter Files shows us an “organized” attempt by U.S. federal law enforcement officials to obliterate a 2020 New York Post story about Hunter Biden’s laptop computer.
