Six attorneys general sent a letter to President Joe Biden on January 27, reminding him that any potentially unconstitutional executive actions or federal overreach will not go unchallenged. On the same day, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton encouraged other attorneys general to review Biden’s orders.
